Adam Finnegan, Esq.
Attorney Adam Finnegan is a native of Lee, Massachusetts and the founder of Finnegan Law Firm. He earned his Juris Doctor from Western New England University School of Law in 2022. While in law school, he received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Estate Planning, an award given to the student earning the highest grade in the class.
After graduating from law school, Attorney Finnegan passed the Massachusetts bar examination on his first attempt and was admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in November 2022. He then founded Finnegan Law Firm and began representing clients in courts throughout Western Massachusetts.
Attorney Finnegan developed his practice through substantial courtroom experience. At age 26, shortly after beginning his legal career, he tried his first case before a jury and obtained an acquittal on all charges. Since then, his criminal-defense work has included jury trials, pretrial advocacy, and the litigation of motions to suppress evidence and motions to dismiss.
In addition to criminal defense, Attorney Finnegan has represented clients in civil matters including landlord-tenant disputes. His practice now also includes estate planning, drawing on both his legal education in the field and his focus on helping clients put clear, practical plans in place for their families, property, finances, and future decision-making.
Finnegan Law Firm represents clients in criminal defense, estate planning, and landlord-tenant matters. The firm emphasizes personal attention, careful preparation, straightforward communication, and practical legal advice tailored to each client’s circumstances.
